The Grade Card is your comprehensive performance record. It includes:

  • Theory Marks: Obtained in the Term-End Exams.
  • Assignment Marks: Ensure your assignment status shows “Completed” to pass the course.
  • Practical/Project Marks: Updated separately for specific lab-based programs.

If your status shows “Incomplete,” it usually means either your assignment marks haven’t been uploaded yet or you haven’t secured the minimum passing marks (35% for UG, 40% for PG).

What’s Next? Revaluation and Back Papers

If you are dissatisfied with your marks, IGNOU offers a Revaluation facility. You can apply for a re-check or a photocopy of your answer script within 30–40 days of your result declaration. The fee for revaluation is generally ₹750 per course.
