These products are delivered instantly via email to your registered email address immediately after successful payment. No shipping charges apply to digital products.

Physical products are shipped via courier service to addresses within India. Shipping details are subject to the terms outlined in this policy.

3. Shipping Charges
3.1 FREE Shipping for Orders Under ₹2,000

All orders with a total value of less than ₹2,000 (including multiple items) qualify for FREE shipping across all of India. This applies to both single and multiple physical product purchases.

3.2 Orders ₹2,000 and Above

Orders with a total value of ₹2,000 or more are eligible for FREE shipping across India as well. We provide complimentary shipping on all orders regardless of value.

4. Delivery Timeline
4.1 Standard Delivery
Metro Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata): 3-5 business days
Other Cities & Towns: 5-7 business days
Remote Areas: 7-10 business days
4.2 Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Processing may take longer during high-volume periods or holidays. Delivery timeline is calculated from the date your order is dispatched, not from the date of purchase.

5. Shipping Coverage & Service Areas

Islands (where courier services are available)

In rare cases where courier services are unavailable for specific remote locations, customers will be notified before order dispatch, and alternative arrangements will be made.

6. Order Tracking & Updates

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:

7. Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Packages
7.1 Upon Delivery
Inspect the package immediately upon receipt
If the package is visibly damaged, refuse the delivery or note the damage on the courier receipt

8. Returns & Exchanges Related to Shipping

As per our Refund Policy, handwritten assignments and printed materials are generally non-returnable due to their personalized nature. However, if a product arrives damaged or is not as described, please refer to Section 7 (Damaged or Lost Packages) for resolution.

For digital products, once delivered to your email, they cannot be returned as they are immediately accessible.

9. Address Requirements

To ensure smooth delivery:

Provide a complete and accurate address including pin code
Mention landmarks or nearby buildings for courier location ease
Ensure the phone number provided is active for delivery contact
For office addresses, mention the exact floor and cabin details

Important: Deliveries to wrong addresses due to incomplete or incorrect information provided by the customer are the customer's responsibility. We will not be liable for such cases.

10. Special Circumstances
10.1 Public Holidays & Weekends

Delivery timelines do not include public holidays or weekends. Orders placed on holidays will be processed from the next working day.

10.2 Natural Calamities & Force Majeure

In cases of natural disasters, strikes, lockdowns, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, delivery may be delayed. We will communicate any such delays to customers as soon as possible.

11. Insurance & Liability

All physical shipments are insured for the full product value during transit. IGNOU MANCH is responsible for the package until it is delivered to the address provided by the customer. Once the package is delivered and the signature/receipt is confirmed, the responsibility transfers to the customer.

In cases of loss or damage during transit, the courier company's liability is limited as per their terms and conditions. IGNOU MANCH will assist in filing claims and pursuing compensation from the courier service.
